These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and joyph ("joyph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the joyph online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at joyph.app (the "Platform").

joyph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. joyph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Deposits are credited to your joyph account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. joyph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. joyph processes withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to verification requirements. joyph does not charge withdrawal fees; however, processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
joyph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on joyph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). joyph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
joyph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Players are advised to read all promotion-specific terms carefully before opting in.
joyph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions. Only one active bonus per player account is permitted at any given time.
All games on the joyph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by joyph or any third party. joyph is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players.

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, all affected wagers and payouts are void. joyph will investigate any reported malfunction and, where appropriate, refund affected wagers to the player's account balance. joyph is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
If your connection to the Platform is interrupted during gameplay, any wagers placed prior to disconnection will stand and will be settled according to the game outcome. Upon reconnection, you may view the results of any incomplete game rounds in your account history.

The joyph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
joyph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. joyph does not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
In no event shall joyph's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your joyph account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
You may close your joyph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and the completion of any pending wagering requirements.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
joyph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through a notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
